Airports run on tight schedules, and a delayed cab can quickly turn into a missed flight. A little planning makes airport transfers smooth for both departures and arrivals.
For Departures
- Leave with a buffer. For domestic flights, plan to reach the airport about two hours before departure; for international flights, around three hours.
- Account for traffic. Morning and evening peaks can add significant time, so leave earlier than the minimum.
- Pre-book your cab. Reserving your ride in advance means a car is ready when you are.
- Share your flight time and terminal. This helps the driver choose the correct drop point.
For Arrivals
- Share your flight number. It lets the team track delays and keep the driver ready.
- Confirm the meeting point. Agree on a pickup gate and keep your phone on after landing.
- Keep the driver’s number handy. It makes locating each other easy in busy arrival areas.
Luggage and Vehicle Choice
Pick a car that fits all your bags comfortably. A sedan works for light luggage; choose an SUV when you have several suitcases or a larger group.
Why Pre-Booked Transfers Help
With a confirmed booking you know the fare in advance, avoid the rush for a ride at the airport and have a professional driver waiting. This is especially useful when arriving late at night or travelling with children or elders.
